Necklace Sets

Hand-rolled terracotta necklace sets, made in our Muthanampalayam workshop near Tiruppur and finished by hand. Each set pairs a haaram or mid-length necklace with matching earrings, strung on an adjustable cotton dori that fits roughly 14 to 26 inches.

Nothing is moulded. Clay from the Cauvery basin is wedged by hand and rolled bead by bead, sun-dried two days, then kiln-fired for eight hours. Gold detail and kemp stones go on afterwards, one piece at a time. Small differences in tone and bead size are normal — they are the mark of the material, not a defect.

Sets weigh between 60 and 110 grams, light enough to wear through a full function without strain, and carry no nickel, lead or plating. The earring fitting varies by piece — message us if metal sensitivity is a concern and we will tell you what is on the one you are looking at.

Not sure which length suits your neckline? This guide covers it. Not finding the shade you need? Send a photo of your saree on WhatsApp and we will colour-match a set — about four weeks for made-to-order.

How to choose a neckpiece

A short choker sits at the collarbone and suits high-necked blouses. Haarams fall below the chest and read best against a plain silk saree. If you are wearing both, keep the earrings small so the neckline stays the focus.
